You will see quite a few changes at your next appointment. Dr Hurd is committed to your safety, the safety of our staff and the community at large. We will be utilizing a virtual waiting room. If you have an appointment, please wait in your vehicle and please call 719-544-7020 or text 719-259-2452 and let us know that you are here for your appointment.
Office entry is limited in order to keep our community, patients, and staff safe as possbile as we abide by social distancing quidelines. We will take your temperature when you arrive and you will be required to complete a COVID-19 Pandemic Patient Disclosure.
If you had your appointment cancelled because of our office closure, we will begin contacting patients on Monday, May 4th, to reschedule these appointments. You may also contact our office to reschedule your appointment.
